العقد

1-The lessee must not be less then 18 years and shall be in possession of valid driving license.
2-The lessee shall pay amount of 0.050 Sedan Car 0.100 Bz four wheel car -against every increase registered by the speedometer of the vehicle more then 200 kilometers in each day, and 1200 kilometers each week and 4000 kilometers each month and as agreed in the contract
3- The lessee shall be obligated or return the vehicle personally by himself, show his identification card, and refrain form deputizing any other person in this regard. However, the office retains the right to refuse receiving the vehicle from another person.
4-Lessee is not allowed to use the vehicle outside Sultanate of Oman unless being served with a non-objection certificate issued by the leasing office.
5-The lessee shall return the vehicle by the end of agreed lease period, failing which the lessee is obliged to pay for the delay cost at the rate of 2.000 Rial Omani against each delay of one hours.
6-The vehicle is delivered to the lessee in a good condition and he/she is responsible to top up water and oil levels as necessary.
7-As the vehicle is return oil and lubricants have to be in the condition first delivered and the lessee may pay cash in lieu to fulfill that.
8-Sometimes the vehicle may experience technical defect or becomes involved in an accident that makes it un serviceable. In this case, the lessee shall return the vehicle back to the office and it is not permissible to allow any other party to repair the vehicle without prior written approval of the office, and in case of non-adherence to this he/she will be obliged to pay an amount to the lessor equal to repair cost.
9- The lessee shall bear the coat of repairing the leased vehicle in the agency workshop including the cost of spare and any contribution as requested by the insurance company (the insurer) from the lessor (the insured )in compliance with provision of article(19).
10- The lessee shall avoid involving the vehicle in car race of whatever kind and also ought to avoid extra load so as not to cause technical fault, also the lessee shall not sublet the vehicle or assign any righty thereto regarding the vehicle.
11-The lessee is fully responsible to the lessor in the case there will be any complaint or lawsuit or other obligation and responsibilities that relate to the vehicle if applicable.
12-In case of the vehicle is determined as condemned by ROP or by the insurance company in accordance with an accidents, the lessee shall pay amount of 1000 Rials Omani(one thousand Omani Rials) to the lessor apart form the fess imposed by the insurance company.
13- The lessee is not permitted to use the vehicle for towing another vehicle at any circumstances and the lessee shall pay for any damage resulting from such action.
14-The lease for one day mean 24 hours and any excess time more than four hours, will be counted as one full day. The lessee is required to return the
vehicle by the time and on the date agreed.
15- Should an accident takes place when the lessee is under of influence of alcohol or narcotics or any he/she has to pay a comprehensive
reimbursement against any loss or damage encountered by the vehicle and shall bear full responsibility before the relevant authorities and the other affected party/parties.
16- In case no agreement was reached against weekly or monthly lease. the lease shall be calculated according to the daily rentals, and in case the speedometer will be found tampered with the lessee shall be obliged to pay 50 Omani Rials (fifty Omani Rials) for each day.
17- If an accident shall take place, of whatsoever magnitude, whether the lessee is involved on another person caused the accident, the lessee shall pay R.O.600(six hundred Rials Omani).
18- The lessee shall bear consequences against any violation against the leased vehicle of whatsoever kind, as the lessor will not bear the responsibility of any legal procedures, wile the lessee is obliged to adhere to the Traffic Law and its regulation and other valid laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
19- The lessee shall pay amount against the period when the vehicle remains unserviceable pending repair at the rate of daily rent.
20- The lessee shall inform the lessor promptly as any accident occurs, and he/she has n right to get vehicle repaired at any workshop unless being issued with a prior written approval form the lessor and no excuse is acceptable against so intimating the lessor unless availing such notification in writing from the lessor.
21- The lessee shall recognize that she/he received the vehicle leased through this contact in a good condition free of any defect, and the lessee acknowledges and be obligated to get the vehicle repaired in the agency workshop without demanding any quotation.
The lessee also undertakes to conserve lease vehicle and pay the cost of repairs to any damage that could be verified when the vehicle is retuned to the lessor. 22- This contract is governed by the valid laws of the Sultanate of Oman and Alkhwir court shall be referred to in any dispute arising in the cause of applying or construing the clauses of this contract.
23- The lessee acknowledges that I have understood the contents of this contract in a manner that leaves no doubt whatsoever.
24-If the lessee not commitment terms of the contract. The lessor shall control the car by tracking system.
25-Paid amount cannot be recovered if the Car rectums before the Limited time. 28- The lessee acknowledges that he received the car and all front and rear lights are working well one of the lights breaks down after receiving it, the renter will bear any violation from the police during the contract period, and the office is not responsible for the renter's failure to inspect the car continuously while driving
27-If the lesser does not pay the full amounts according to the contract terms, the office has the right to refuse to receive the car, and parking the car in front of the office or placing the key inside the office is not considered.
28- The lessee remains responsible for the car and is required to pay all amounts according to the terms of the contract unless he obtains a release and the employee signs the receipt of the car from the customer.
29- After one day from the contract end date, if the tenant violates the aforementioned conditions, the office has the right to use the spare key to open the car and take it to the office without the tenant's permission. The office is not responsible for any belongings in the car. The tenant must return the key within 24 hours, otherwise he will bear full responsibility and costs
30-The renter does not have the right to claim any personal belongings inside the car immediately after leaving the office and handing over the car
31-If the tenant fails to pay the late amounts, the office has the right to sue him at the court in the Sultanate of Oman, and an additional 10 riyals are calculated as compensation for each day of rent, in addition to the original rent value and other fees
